Where can I track my orders?

You will receive a link via email, through which you can track your orders. 

 

 

What is Warmly Yours’ Shipping Charge?

A Shipping Charge of Rs. 79/- will be applicable to all domestic orders under Rs. 1,999/-.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the Shipping Charge, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, the Shipping Charge will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, and the reason is deemed valid, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Warmly Yours’ Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, Shipping Charge will be non-refundable, irrespective of the order value. 

There is a country-specific shipping fee for international orders.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts and GST, or any other applicable charges.


 

What is Warmly Yours Cash on Delivery Policy?

Warmly Yours provides the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) within India. There is an additional charge of Rs. 50/- for COD orders.  

 

 

What is Warmly Yours’ Fair Usage Policy?

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, few accounts may abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect a Shipping Charge of Rs. 149 for all orders, and disable cash on delivery option, for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted. We may also be compelled to disable such accounts in case they are in breach of our policies.


 

How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the main menu of the Website/M-site to check your order status.

 

 

How can I check if Warmly Yours delivers to my region?

In India, we deliver to all locations except to cities in Army Postal Codes (APO). Globally, we ship everywhere except for Pakistan, Russia and Bhutan.  

 

How are orders placed on Warmly Yours delivered to me?

All orders placed on Warmly Yours are dispatched through our courier service partners such as Delhivery, UPS, Aramex, etc.


 

Does Warmly Yours deliver products outside India?

Yes, we deliver outside India, at a country-specific shipping fee for international orders. Our products can be purchased from and shipped to the following regions: 

  • Asia

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • Europe

  • New Zealand

  • United States of America

*An additional handling and packaging fee of Rs.100 will be charged to every order outside India.

The list of regions/countries is updated when required, so please check the availability of delivery to your region/country before placing an order. Please note that any custom duty levied on the order shall be borne by the customer. During the COVID pandemic, the COVID surcharge levied by the customer's country, shall also be borne by the customer. 


 

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.


 

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will make sure to resolve the delivery issue and reattempt shipping. In case, of repeated issues, we will initiate a refund to your account which will reflect within 7 days of initiation.

 

 

What should I do if I have received a partial item/partial order or a void package?

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

 

  • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

  • You may be required to provide information such as a short description of the case. (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

  • You will need to share the snapshots of the package/s. (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged)

  • The refund for prepaid/cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

  • You may not be liable for a refund, if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below:

    • Failure to provide adequate information about the case

    • Failure to provide snapshots of the package

    • Pilferage claims made after 24 hours of such delivery (You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post the delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.)

    • You have used the item for which the claim was raised

  • In case of an item missing from a multi-item order, exchange/return option would be provided based on serviceability and product type of that specific item.
